Prayer Through Acts

In just one day we will start 30 days of prayer for Slovenia. We are really excited about what God might do in your, our and also in the lives of many others as we commit to dedicating time in prayer to Him. God wants to work, He wants to accomplish something in each of our lives and in the lives of people that we pray for. Prayer is a battle and a discipline. The early Church knew this and engaged in regular fervent prayer.

During this time we will be studying prayer through the book of Acts. We hope that this walk through the years of the early Church focused on prayer will we a challenge and encouragement to you. We hope that it will be a thought provoking time. We hope that we will all come away from this time together changed, reflecting more the Lord Jesus who saves us. We also know that Slovenia needs prayer. We know that there are spiritual strongholds here that need to be broken down. There is a spiritual warfare that needs to be fought if there are to be new vibrant, worshiping, outreaching churches that love others each other and God's Word.

Please come back each day starting Monday, August 20 for 30 days of prayer.

God's blessings on all of you!

Praying for Slovenia

Starting on August 20, 2007 we invite you to join with us in praying for Slovenia. For 30 days we will be journeying through the book of Acts together with short devotionals about prayer. Along with each devotional will be some prayer requests and also an opportunity for you to leave comments, feedback and prayer request. Our main focus will be Slovenia, the city of Maribor and God's desire for making disciples here in this place. Please commit to joining us each day for time in the Word and in prayer.
